2002 Crawfish Boil

The annual crawfish boil was held on April 27th, 2002 on Lake Austin at Mike & Francine Quigley's house. We had a great turnout of over 100 hungry Tigers. The nearly 800 pounds of crawfish were driven in from Baton Rouge and cooked to perfection. We raised about $200 from the raffle that will be put towards the scholarship.
