2000 Crawfish Boil

On April 15th the chapter held it's annual crawfish boil at the home of Mike and Francine Quigley. Close to 100 local alums and Louisiana natives attended. This has become a fun family event. Special thanks to Mike and Francine for the use of their beautiful back yard, and to Rhyan Technologies for their sponsorship (www.rhytech.com) for a hefty donation to offset the high cost of crawfish! Over 600 pounds of crawfish were consumed in no time flat!!
