Our 2013 Gumbeaux Dinner is drawing closer! After a very successful 2012 fundraiser, we have once again lined up a large ballroom on the St. Edward's campus - again with a cash bar (outside drinks are not permitted) - and we will once again serve gumbo cooked by board members Jonathan Puckett and Will Lord! Water & tea will be available, and soft drinks will be available for purchase. As always, we will have a raffle (raffle tickets available at check in table) along with our exciting and highly entertaining live auction. So remember to bring plenty of cash along with your check book - you never know what treasures you are going to find!

Our tentative schedule:

2:00pm - set-up - get there early if you want to help out - we'd love to have you!
4:00pm - check-in and socializing
5:00pm - GUMBEAUX!!
6:00pm - speaker & annual membership business
7:00pm - live auction
8:00pm - socializing
9:00pm - clean up - why not stick around and help us out!!

Remember - we'll have a cash bar with booze & sodas - and water & tea will be provided! Prices are:

$1.25 - Cokes
$2.50 - Domestic Beers
$3.50 - Imports
$5.00 - House Wine - Red or White
$5 - $8 - Mixed Drinks

And again this year - BABYSITTING SERVICE!!

LSU Austin is thrilled to be able to offer a very reasonably priced on-site sitting service for the duration of the Fundraiser on March 2nd, 2013. There will be licensed babysitters available from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There are only 12 spots available, available on a first come, first served basis, so please sign up quickly. The babysitters will be located in a room directly across from the ballroom where the Fundraiser will be held.

Pricing for sitting:

$15 total per child for the entire night
$10 total per additional child in the same family for the entire night

LSU Austin will provide juice boxes and fruit snacks. We ask that parents provide dinner for their young ones if needed. Any questions, or to reserve your spots, please contact Susie Rupert.
